A repair visit needs a little information. It gets exactly that much, it runs the visit, and it goes nowhere else.
When you book — by phone or through the intake form — the practice receives a phone number, a service address with ZIP, the appliance category, and the complaint as you describe it. Nothing else is gathered: the form has no concealed fields and the site runs no advertising trackers.
This information schedules the house call, decides which parts board the van, and fills out your written chart and invoice. Records of finished repairs are retained so a warranty claim can be verified later. The intake form is relayed by a form-delivery provider and lands in the practice's inbox as ordinary email.
Your details are never sold, rented, swapped, or appended to a marketing list. Once a repair closes, the practice goes quiet unless you reach out again — no follow-up campaigns, no nudge texts, no newsletters.
Two outside services touch this site: Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces, and the form-delivery provider that carries the intake form. Each sees only what its narrow job requires. No broker, advertiser or analytics firm receives repair records, and information is disclosed only under legal obligation.
To have your records purged after a completed job — or to ask anything this page leaves out — call (360) 717-8956 or write the practice at 1410 Wendell Ave SE, Port Orchard, WA 98366. Expect an answer inside the week, in plain English.
